Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Little Paw.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, contact us at littlepawmemoriessupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the product back.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Used, opened, damaged through misuse, or incomplete kits may not be eligible for a refund.
